Za Nude shows the body of Laza lying on hills. Kees van Willigen had never seen her naked: to paint the body of a particular person, he pictured her undressed.

Every plane, from the foreground to the sky, is sharp, and the composition is structured as radiating outwards from the body. Six birds are painted as signatures.
