Terms and conditions

1- Scope

These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of reproductions of fine art paintings made on the Gallery Kees van Willigen website.

2- Products

The reproductions of fine art paintings offered for sale on the Gallery Kees van Willigen website are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, variations may exist between the reproductions presented on the site and the actual products, in particular due to the display parameters of the user’s screen. The photographs and illustrations presented are not contractual.

3- Price

The prices of reproductions of fine art paintings are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the seller and are free for all orders. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4- Order

The user can place an order on the Gallery Kees van Willigen website by selecting the desired reproductions and following the online ordering process. The order will only be definitively recorded after confirmation of payment.

5- Payment

Payment for purchases is made online by credit card or Paypal. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

6- Delivery

Reproductions of fine art paintings are shipped by Chronopost or DHL, according to the methods chosen by Gallery Kees van Willigen. Delivery is free and takes place within a maximum of 3 months from confirmation of the order. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the destination and availability of the products.

7- Right to retract

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the reproductions to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8- Responsibility

Gallery Kees van Willigen cannot be held liable in the event of delay or failure in delivery attributable to the carrier, force majeure or disruption of the internet network.

9- Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the registered office of Gallery Kees van Willigen.

By placing an order on the Gallery Kees van Willigen website, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation these general conditions of sale.
